DELIVERY

Orders are shipped on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. 
Any orders placed after 12pm HKT or during a holiday will be processed the next shipment day.

For orders delivering to Hong Kong and Macau
Orders will be shipped from Hong Kong by S.F. Express 
Free Hong Kong delivery on orders over HK$850
Free Macau delivery on orders over HK$1050

For orders delivering to United Kingdom
Orders will be shipped from United Kingdom by Royal Mail 48 Tracked
Free United Kingdom delivery on orders over £80

For orders delivering to the rest of the world
Orders will be shipped from Hong Kong by Hong Kong Speed Post or FedEx.
Shipping rate will be calculated at checkout according to parcel weight.

Unfortunately we do not cover tax and duties fees at the moment for international orders. Please noted that your order may be subject to additional tax and duties fees.

 

TRACK YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been processed and is ready to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a unique tracking number. If you can’t find the email with your tracking number, please get in touch and we are more than happy to assist you further.
